[jruby] JRuby IRB Bug

For the moment, I'm not sure what would be causing this. It's probably
the way we launch the Swing-based IRB app...it must not be setting up
classloaders and such the way the command line does.

We'll get that fixed for 9.0.1. Until then I guess you'll have to
stick to jirb :-)
